RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At G1P, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable.
• The product must not be damaged, modified, or altered.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund through the original payment method or another appropriate payment method.

Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, modified, or showing excessive signs of wear may not be eligible for a return or refund.

For damaged or incorrect products, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photographs or videos so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
